(Senior) Product Designer (m/w/d)

Conduct user research with hospitality teams, translate findings into clear product direction, and design understandable end-to-end workflows for operational software. Build and test interactive prototypes, use AI thoughtfully to support research and iteration, and collaborate with product managers and engineers through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Interview restaurant owners, shift managers and staff to understand real work processes
• Translate insights into clear product direction, problem statements and workflow visualizations
• Leverage AI for research, prototyping, testing and iteration, ensuring quality of outcomes
• Validate concepts early with users, analyze feedback and refine solutions before development
• Design complex operational workflows, accounting for roles, edge cases, accessibility and responsive behavior
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers, clarifying decisions and guiding delivery
• Create interactive, functional prototypes and avoid reliance on static designs
• Communicate design rationale clearly in English

Requirements

• Experience designing and shipping digital products with clear problem‑solution impact
• Conduct user interviews, observations and usability tests, translating findings into product decisions
• Design complex B2B operational workflows as end‑to‑end experiences
• Build interactive, functional prototypes beyond static screens
• Use AI for research, exploration, prototyping and iteration, critically evaluating results
• Make informed product decisions based on research, product signals and usability feedback
• Strong interaction and visual design skills, with attention to hierarchy, states and patterns
• Effective collaboration with engineers, understanding implementation trade‑offs
• Fluent written and spoken English
