- Own Suitcaseâs visual direction, foundations, token architecture, component design, documentation, and roadmap in partnership with design and engineering leadership. Improve accessibility and adoption, establish system health and parity measures, govern contributions, and coach teams on using and contributing to the system.
Requirements
- Requires strong product design experience, including designing and scaling web and mobile design systems, with expertise in visual foundations, tokens, accessibility, and Figma-to-code workflows. Candidates should also have working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with AI prototyping and tools such as Storybook, Code Connect, and MCP; and the ability to influence decisions, drive adoption, and integrate or consolidate design systems.
