Graphic Designer and Video Editor

Create and adapt visual assets for social media, advertising, websites, email, campaigns, and product launches, including retouching product and model photography. Edit raw footage into engaging short-form videos and paid social creatives, adding hooks, pacing, subtitles, audio, transitions, and basic motion graphics.

Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, stories and campaign creatives
• Create static and graphic‑led ads for Meta and other paid channels
• Design website banners, landing page assets and product page graphics
• Produce visual assets for product launches and campaigns
• Design email and CRM creatives
• Adapt campaign concepts across formats while maintaining brand identity
• Retouch product and model photography as needed
• Edit raw footage into Reels, short‑form videos and paid social creatives
• Add subtitles, music, sound effects, transitions and basic motion graphics
• Create multiple video variations for performance marketing and repurpose longer footage

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, video editing or hybrid role
• Portfolio showing graphic and video work
• Strong grasp of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy
• Understanding of social‑first digital design
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar
• Comfortable using CapCut for quick edits
• Basic motion graphics skills a plus
• Interest in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands
