Graphic Designer and Video Editor

Create graphic assets for social media, advertising, websites, email, and product campaigns, adapting designs across formats and retouching photography as needed. Edit raw footage into engaging short-form videos and paid social creatives, adding subtitles, audio, transitions, and basic motion graphics.

Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, stories and campaign creatives
• Create static and graphic‑led ads for Meta and other paid channels
• Design website banners, landing page assets and product page graphics
• Produce visual assets for new product launches and campaigns
• Design email and CRM creatives
• Adapt campaign concepts across multiple formats and sizes while staying within brand guidelines
• Retouch and enhance product and model photography as needed
• Edit raw footage into engaging Reels, short‑form videos and paid social creatives
• Create hooks, pacing, subtitles, music, sound effects, transitions and basic motion graphics
• Produce multiple video variations for performance marketing and repurpose longer footage

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, video editing or a hybrid creative role
• Strong portfolio showing both graphic design and video editing work
• Understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy
• Good grasp of social‑first digital design
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar video editing software
• Comfortable using CapCut for quick social edits
• Basic motion graphics and animation skills are a plus
• Interest in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands
