Senior Product Designer, AI-powered Experiences (Adobe Experience Platform)

Define end-to-end experience flows for AI-powered enterprise capabilities, including task models, interaction patterns, human oversight, trust cues, error recovery, and handoffs between AI and traditional interfaces. Partner with Product Management and Engineering to address customer requirements, prototype and test solutions, simplify complex governance and data workflows, and share design practices with peers.
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end experience flows for AI-powered enterprise capabilities, including task models, interaction patterns, human oversight, trust cues, error recovery, and handoffs between AI and traditional interfaces. Partner with Product Management and Engineering to address customer requirements, prototype and test solutions, simplify complex governance and data workflows, and share design practices with peers.
Requirements
- Requires 7+ years of product, UX, or interaction design experience, including 4+ years designing enterprise, B2B, or technical products and 1â2+ years designing production AI experiences or advanced prototypes. Candidates should have expert Figma skills, experience shipping complex enterprise features with measurable outcomes, strong flow-level communication and cross-functional leadership, and a degree in Design, HCI, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
