Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create and produce high-quality print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and advertising artwork. They will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and effective project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce print and digital marketing materials such as brochures, factsheets, emailers, signage, web banners and presentations
• Coordinate photography, videography and other assets while adhering to corporate standards
• Liaise with external agencies, printers and internal stakeholders to meet production requirements
• Create and edit floorplans for brochure use and internal sign‑off
• Develop digital advertising artwork and social media content for platforms like WeChat and WhatsApp
• Proofread all outputs to ensure high quality and brand guideline compliance
• Build presentation templates, newsletters and email campaigns, including HTML builds where needed
• Create animated GIFs and other motion assets for communications

Requirements

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong digital retouching and image editing skills
• Ability to work across print and digital media with a focus on digital campaigns
• Understanding of print production processes
• Proficiency with Canva and FoLeon
• Excellent time‑management, relationship‑building and organisational abilities
