Staff Product Designer, Mobile & Web

Own end-to-end design for the patient-facing mobile application and create web-based clinical, enterprise, and marketing experiences. Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams to deliver polished, accessible products and establish a consistent design system across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX and UI design for the patient‑facing mobile application, translating health risks and care plans into actionable experiences
• Create intuitive interfaces for clinical workflows, embedded EHR applications, population health analytics, and enterprise dashboards
• Contribute to the design of the marketing website, landing pages, and other digital brand experiences
• Take ideas from concepts and user flows through wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production‑ready designs
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and clinical stakeholders to balance user needs, technical constraints, and delivery speed
• Establish and evolve reusable components, interaction patterns, and visual standards across mobile and web with an emphasis on accessibility

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of shipped digital products with exceptional mobile UX and visual design
• Significant experience as a senior product designer, capable of owning complex design challenges end‑to‑end
• Deep expertise in mobile navigation, information architecture, responsive design, and usability
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, interactive prototyping, component libraries, and design systems
• Excellent visual design skills including typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and attention to detail
• Ability to simplify complex information and workflows into intuitive, accessible experiences
• Strong communication, judgment, and comfort in fast‑moving environments
