The designer will analyze user needs to create personas, user journeys, and interaction scenarios for chatbots. They are responsible for designing wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces while ensuring visual consistency and ergonomic standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user needs and define chatbot personas
- Develop user journeys, storyboards and interaction scenarios
- Design wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes for chatbot and back‑office interfaces
- Ensure a smooth, intuitive and accessible user experience
- Maintain compliance with Khadamat NARSA visual identity guidelines
- Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to keep designs aligned with the final product
- Participate in user testing and incorporate feedback to improve the experience
- Guarantee visual and ergonomic consistency across all relevant media
Requirements
- Minimum Bac+2 degree in graphic, digital, UX/UI or related design field
- At least 4 years of experience in UX/UI design or digital interface design
- Proficiency in user‑centered design methods: personas, user journeys, wireframes and prototypes
- Strong skills with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or equivalents
- Ability to create ergonomic, coherent interfaces for multiple platforms
- Experience with conversational interfaces, chatbots or public‑service platforms is a plus
- Detail‑oriented, creative and able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
