- Own the end-to-end user experience for Sola’s risk management platform, designing navigation, data exploration, investigation, action, and reporting workflows for internal and external users. Collaborate with domain specialists, product, and engineering to prototype, test, ship, and refine accessible, consistent interfaces and reusable design patterns.
Requirements
- Requires at least three years of in-house product design experience on shipped software and experience designing complex web applications for professional users. Candidates should demonstrate strong visual and product design skills, collaboration through implementation, design-system experience, and proficiency with Figma or equivalent tools; insurance experience is not required.
