Requirements
- Requires a degree in engineering, management, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience, along with proven design engineering experience in aerospace or a similarly regulated environment. Candidates must have experience leading engineering teams and product development programmes, and demonstrate strong knowledge of design processes, configuration management, planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
