Junior UX Designer

Support end-to-end UX research and design for complex energy-sector software, including understanding user needs, mapping workflows, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating designs based on research and feedback. Collaborate with product, engineering, delivery, and domain teams, document design decisions, communicate progress, and develop UX expertise under the guidance of experienced designers.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end UX research and design for complex energy-sector software, including understanding user needs, mapping workflows, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating designs based on research and feedback. Collaborate with product, engineering, delivery, and domain teams, document design decisions, communicate progress, and develop UX expertise under the guidance of experienced designers.
Requirements
- Candidates should have up to two years of relevant experience and a portfolio demonstrating their design process and contribution to a digital product or service. They should have foundational UX knowledge, basic research and prototyping experience, strong analytical and collaboration skills, professional English, and familiarity with common UX tools; a relevant degree and experience in enterprise or industrial software are advantages.
