Partner with founders and engineers to frame initiatives, guide decisions, and maintain interaction and visual quality as the product and design system evolve.
Requirements
- Applicants should have shipped complex software products for expert users and be comfortable defining ambiguous problems, exercising product judgment, and working directly with customers and engineers. Strong interaction and visual design craft, fluency in German and English, and experience with Figma, code prototyping, and AI-assisted workflows are expected; CAD, 3D, PLM, industrial software, or AI-agent experience is a bonus.
