Partner with product, engineering, analytics, marketing, and design system teams, while mentoring designers and improving design practices.
Requirements
- Requires 5â7 years of product design experience, including at least 2 years at Staff level or equivalent, with demonstrated growth design experience and a portfolio showing experiments and measurable outcomes. Candidates should bring strong UI, UX, and visual design skills, knowledge of analytics and A/B testing, AI-related design experience or curiosity, and proven communication, collaboration, and mentorship abilities.
