Senior Interaction Designer

Design and deliver digital products and services for UK public- and private-sector clients, creating concepts and artefacts such as personas, service maps, wireframes, and prototypes. Lead workshops and design sprints, collaborate with researchers and multidisciplinary teams to test designs with users, and mentor other designers.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver digital products and services for UK public- and private-sector clients, creating concepts and artefacts such as personas, service maps, wireframes, and prototypes. Lead workshops and design sprints, collaborate with researchers and multidisciplinary teams to test designs with users, and mentor other designers.
Requirements
- Candidates need UK public-sector delivery experience, including use of the GOV.UK Design System, GDS standards, and Service Standard Assessments, as well as strong user-centred design experience from concept through delivery. They should be experienced in rapid prototyping and agile multidisciplinary teams, collaborate closely with developers, and understand security, accessibility, version control, and hosting; design software and coding prototypes are desirable.
