Product Designer L2 - Accommodation (Bangkok-Based)

Design end-to-end product experiences and help migrate existing accommodation experiences to a shared customer platform, identifying feature parity and UX gaps and deciding what to migrate, adapt, simplify, or redesign. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to align on scope and priorities, test and iterate on solutions, and communicate design decisions.

- Design end-to-end product experiences and help migrate existing accommodation experiences to a shared customer platform, identifying feature parity and UX gaps and deciding what to migrate, adapt, simplify, or redesign. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to align on scope and priorities, test and iterate on solutions, and communicate design decisions.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of full-time product design experience, preferably in-house, with strong UX/UI fundamentals and experience with complex products, systems, or platform-level experiences. Candidates should demonstrate sound product judgment, attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity and cross-team collaboration, clear communication, and a portfolio of user-centered web and mobile product design.
