Requirements
- Requires 6 or more years of full-time UX or interaction design experience for digital or web-based products; in-house design experience is highly preferred. Candidates should be able to lead discovery and ideation, craft sophisticated customer journeys, think at a system level, communicate design decisions effectively, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
