Requirements
- Requires at least 6 years of full-time UX or interaction design experience for digital or web-based products; in-house design experience is preferred. Candidates should be able to lead discovery and ideation, craft complex customer journeys and system-level solutions, communicate design decisions effectively, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
