Design end-to-end product experiences and help migrate existing accommodation experiences to a shared customer platform, identifying feature parity and UX gaps. Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and other partners to make migration decisions, test and iterate on solutions, and communicate design rationale to stakeholders.

Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and other partners to make migration decisions, test and iterate on solutions, and communicate design rationale to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of full-time product design experience, preferably in-house, with strong UX/UI fundamentals and experience with complex products or platform-level experiences. Candidates should demonstrate sound product judgment, attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity and cross-team collaboration, and a portfolio of user-centered web and mobile design work.
