Conceptualize and prototype digital products based on user research, business needs, usability principles, and existing product flows, using tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Axure. Develop and maintain design systems, propose product improvements, present and defend design decisions to teams and clients, collaborate across disciplines, and mentor less experienced designers.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize digital products based on user needs and business goals
- Conduct user research and analyze existing flows
- Create wireframes, navigation structures, and interaction designs
- Develop and maintain design systems
- Propose new functionalities respecting usability principles
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Present and defend design decisions to clients and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization
- Mentor less‑experienced designers and potentially lead a team
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in digital product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Axure or similar tools
- Experience creating design systems and interactive prototypes
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing
- Advanced English proficiency
- Experience working in agile environments
- Mentoring or leading junior designers
