Senior Design Manager - MEP (Electrical)

Lead governance and technical oversight of consultant-led electrical design across project stages, ensuring compliance, quality, coordination, constructability, and operational readiness. Manage consultants and multidisciplinary interfaces, review design solutions and studies, and support cost alignment, value engineering, construction delivery, commissioning, and handover.

Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 15 years of electrical engineering design and project delivery experience, including at least 7 years in senior design management or leadership. Candidates should have experience managing consultant-led teams on large-scale developments and extensive expertise in power distribution, LV/MV infrastructure, substations, switchgear, and critical electrical systems; a master's degree and Saudi or GCC mega-project experience are preferred.
