Product Designer / UX-UI Designer ( 2 months contract)

Design and evolve a data-visualization tool into an intuitive, accessible career-guidance experience, participating in the full process from initial research through prototype validation. Deliver a validated solution ready for development, using user-centered design methods and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and the client.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end‑to‑end user research and synthesize insights into design concepts
- Design and iterate wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Develop service‑design artefacts (journey maps, blueprints, information architecture) to guide the product vision
- Facilitate workshops for discovery, ideation and stakeholder alignment
- Ensure designs comply with WCAG accessibility guidelines and inclusive‑design principles
- Deliver a validated prototype ready for development without writing code
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and present design decisions to stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer at a Semi‑Senior or Senior level
- Strong knowledge of Double Diamond and Design Thinking methodologies
- Hands‑on experience with UX research: interviews, focus groups and usability testing
- Ability to run discovery and ideation workshops with stakeholders
- Proficiency in creating service‑design deliverables such as journey maps, service blueprints, IA and user flows
- Advanced Figma skills: wireframes, high‑fidelity design, interactive prototypes and UI kits/design systems
- Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design
- Excellent communication and collaboration with business and technical partners
- Native or bilingual Spanish and strong English
- Residency in Spain with availability for in‑person sessions, preferably in Madrid
