Lead end-to-end product design for SmartPATH, from discovery through delivery, partnering with product and engineering teams to solve complex enterprise workflow challenges. Improve and scale the shared design system, conduct research and usability testing, mentor designers, and communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design for SmartPATH, from discovery through delivery, partnering with product and engineering teams to solve complex enterprise workflow challenges. Improve and scale the shared design system, conduct research and usability testing, mentor designers, and communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Significant product design experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS is required, along with strong interaction, information architecture, prototyping, visual design, research, and usability testing skills. Candidates should be fluent in AI-assisted design workflows, experienced with design systems and Figma or an equivalent tool, and able to mentor designers and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
