You will design and structure data products and modern data platforms while aligning technical architecture with business processes. Additionally, you will lead multidisciplinary teams through complex data and AI transformation programs to drive business value.
Responsibilities
- Design and structure data products including metadata, SLA, ownership, quality and traceability
- Lead productization of data and APIs, ensuring vision and methodology alignment
- Build modern data platforms as reusable products for end users
- Model complex business concepts and integrate sectorâspecific requirements
- Architect data & AI solutions that transform operational processes
- Propose agentic AI products and semantic layers oriented to business use cases
- Participate in largeâscale transformation programs, adapting approaches to client organizational models
- Coordinate architecture, modeling, governance and product management across multidisciplinary teams
- Drive agile practices at scale (PI Planning, product backlog)
- Mentor teams and disseminate best practices
Requirements
- 10â15 years of experience in data architecture, modeling and data platforms
- Advanced expertise in data modeling across multiple industry sectors
- Strong understanding of data product concepts, governance (SLA, quality, lineage) and industrialization
- Ability to translate complex business processes into data and AI solutions
- Proven leadership in crossâfunctional teams and client interaction
- Experience with data mesh, centralised or federated governance models
