Own the end-to-end design process, using UX research, data, and conversion rate optimization to conceptualize and improve the product. Evolve and maintain the design system, manage projects autonomously, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end design process, applying solid UX and research foundations
- Conceptualise and optimise the product using data and conversion‑rate‑optimisation techniques
- Evolve and maintain the Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Manage projects with full ownership, delivering designs autonomously
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (product, engineering, data, marketing)
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency with Figma for complex designs and prototyping
- UX/Product Design skills: information architecture, user flows, wireframing, responsive design, and UX writing (nice‑to‑have)
- Design Systems expertise: components, variables, libraries, variants, tokens, Auto Layout
- Research experience: quantitative & qualitative analysis, synthesis and insight prioritisation
- CRO and Data‑Driven Design knowledge (VWO, ContentSquare): hypothesis definition, A/B testing, funnel analysis, heatmap and session‑recording interpretation
