Collaborate across agile teams, mentor designers, document and report design outcomes, and measure UX performance to guide continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of UX design experience focused on human-centered design, experience in agile environments, and proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Candidates should have strong Section 508 and inclusive design knowledge, communication and collaboration skills, and a bachelor's degree in a related field; government, public health, or healthcare experience is a plus.
