Use research, data, and customer feedback to shape and validate user-centered solutions, align cross-functional teams, and develop scalable design-system components.
Requirements
- Candidates must have 5â8 years of product design experience and be native to crypto, with experience investing in CeFi or DeFi; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent portfolio experience is required. They should demonstrate mobile-first product design, strong human-centered research and prototyping skills, systems-level design thinking, and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
