Requirements
- Candidates should have an engineering background and proven design-delivery experience in rail, roads, or major transport infrastructure, with a tertiary engineering qualification; Chartered Professional Engineer status or progress toward it is highly regarded. They should understand design processes, risk management, and technical assurance, be skilled in preparing deliverables and leading quality reviews, and communicate and collaborate effectively.
