You will lead end-to-end design projects from problem identification to delivery, creating user-centered mobile and web experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to improve search experiences and marketplace conversion.
Responsibilities
- Design endâtoâend experiences, from problem identification to delivery, for mobile and web journeys
- Clarify complex problems, help prioritize, and ensure consistency across squads
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers and Data Analysts to improve user experience and meet business goals
- Challenge decisions with solid arguments and a constructive posture
- Explore and validate solutions through user research, prototyping and experimentation
- Contribute to the Design System and guarantee platform accessibility and coherence
Requirements
- Around 7 years of product design experience, preferably on B2C, marketplace, eâcommerce or realâestate products
- Strong UX/UI craft for web and mobile platforms
- Problemâfirst mindset, impactâoriented and dataâinformed decision making
- Ability to work in ambiguity and create crossâfunctional alignment
- Good understanding of marketplace dynamics such as supply/demand, listing quality, and lead generation
