Requirements
- Requires 8+ years of consumer-facing product design experience, significant web design experience, a portfolio demonstrating measurable growth impact, and expert Figma proficiency. Candidates should bring strong product thinking, analytical and communication skills, experience with AI tools including Claude, and the ability to lead initiatives and collaborate across teams in ambiguous environments.
