Requirements

• The role prefers 12 or more years of relevant experience, deep design-system expertise, and hands-on experience with modern UI frameworks such as Lit and Web Components. Candidates should have experience applying AI to design work, influencing cross-functional senior partners, and communicating, facilitating, and mentoring effectively.
