Requirements
- Candidates should have 6â8+ years of product or UX design experience, a portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise workflows, and strong human-centered, visual, and collaborative design skills. They should be able to build and ship front-end code, use AI-assisted development tools and Git, communicate design decisions effectively, and understand accessibility standards such as WCAG and Section 508.
