Requirements
- Candidates should have 6â8+ years of product or UX design experience and a portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise workflows, along with strong human-centered design, visual design, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration skills. They should be able to build and ship front-end code, use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Claude Code, and Cursor with Git, communicate design decisions effectively, and understand accessibility standards such as WCAG and Section 508.
