Requirements
- Candidates should have 6â8+ years of product or UX design experience, a portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise workflows, strong human-centered and visual design skills, and the ability to build and ship production-ready front-end code. They should be experienced with AI-assisted development tools and Git, collaborate effectively across disciplines, communicate and influence design direction, and understand accessibility standards such as WCAG and Section 508.
