Requirements
- Requires an architecture degree and experience in a developer-side Design Manager or equivalent design leadership role, with strong knowledge of development feasibility and planning processes, including Sydney SSDA pathways. Candidates should have residential or related project experience, consultant and team leadership skills, commercial awareness, and strong communication and decision-making abilities; PBSA experience is advantageous.
