- Lead design from concept through construction documentation and delivery, coordinating architects, engineers, and consultants to achieve high-quality, technically aligned outcomes. Review design packages, manage value engineering and project risks, support approvals, and collaborate with development and construction teams to deliver projects within budget and schedule.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of experience in design, architecture, or design management, with strong knowledge of design development, documentation, and construction processes. Experience with developers, private equity platforms, or institutional owners and delivery of large-scale residential, mixed-use, or commercial projects is preferred, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
