Lead end-to-end UX strategy and design for medical device products, translating user needs, clinical requirements, regulatory expectations, and technical constraints into safe, effective interfaces. Coordinate with engineering, marketing, quality, regulatory, human factors, and external design partners, and support usability validation and regulatory documentation.

Coordinate with engineering, marketing, quality, regulatory, human factors, and external design partners, and support usability validation and regulatory documentation.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelorâs or masterâs degree in Human Factors, UX Design, Industrial Design, HCI, or a related field, plus 8 or more years of UX design experience and a strong portfolio. Candidates should have experience with complex or safety-critical systems, strong UX research and design capabilities, and the ability to balance user needs with engineering and regulatory requirements; medical device experience is strongly preferred.
