Sr. Product Designer, Amazon Business UX Team

Lead end-to-end design for complex business purchasing experiences, shaping strategy and partnering with Product and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions. Synthesize customer research and product data, build stakeholder alignment, measure outcomes, establish design practices, and mentor other designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead design of business‑specific features on top of Amazon.com store capabilities, from framing to detailed design and launch
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape requirements and make high‑judgment trade‑offs
- Synthesize customer anecdotes, heuristics, user tests, surveys, experiment data and product analytics into design perspectives
- Present and defend design recommendations in stakeholder reviews
- Measure impact of shipped features through product and CX metrics and feed learnings back into the roadmap
- Define and refine interaction patterns, standards and ways of working across teams
- Contribute to new AI‑native design processes and stay up‑to‑date on emerging standards
- Mentor and critique other designers to raise the craft bar
Requirements
- Proven experience in product design
- Online portfolio showcasing design work
- Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Prototyping skills in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax
- Experience applying Scrum to visual or UX design processes
- Experience designing complex workflows
- Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills
