Senior UX Researcher

Lead strategic and hands-on research across Darktrace products to uncover user needs, workflows, and behaviors, and use the findings to inform product strategy, platform unification, navigation, and user experience decisions. Develop a cross-product research roadmap, communicate actionable insights, and help establish scalable research practices across UX, Product, and Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and hands-on research across Darktrace products to uncover user needs, workflows, and behaviors, and use the findings to inform product strategy, platform unification, navigation, and user experience decisions. Develop a cross-product research roadmap, communicate actionable insights, and help establish scalable research practices across UX, Product, and Engineering.
Requirements
- Candidates should have substantial experience leading foundational and strategic UX research in B2B, enterprise, or technically complex software environments, with strong qualitative research expertise and the ability to influence product direction. They should be skilled at researching interconnected products and workflows, communicating with senior stakeholders, and building research practices; cybersecurity or security operations experience is advantageous.
