Senior UX/UI Designer - Design Systems & Developer Handover

Own and evolve the design system, and design end-to-end experiences across the product suite, including detailed specifications for developer handover. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and researchers to maintain consistency, simplify financial workflows, and support design culture and team development.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the design system, and design end-to-end experiences across the product suite, including detailed specifications for developer handover. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and researchers to maintain consistency, simplify financial workflows, and support design culture and team development.
Requirements
- Requires 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, including at least 2 years working in or leading a design system, and advanced hands-on Figma expertise. Candidates should be skilled in developer handover, understand how components are built in code, communicate effectively, and demonstrate systems thinking and visual craft; experience with regulated or data-heavy products is a plus.
