Requirements
- Candidates should have significant experience designing complex digital products, typically seven or more years, including leading design across multiple squads or an interconnected product domain. They should bring strong product and systems thinking, research-led decision-making, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to remain hands-on while coaching designers and influencing stakeholders.
