Design Manager

Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection, assess design and constructability issues, and drive practical resolutions across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and other project models. Requirements
- Requires a post-secondary degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience, plus at least five years of relevant experience and demonstrated project leadership. Candidates should have strong knowledge of building structures, systems, codes, and standards; experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams in BIM-enabled environments; proficiency with Revit and Forma; and strong technical judgment and communication skills.
