Requirements
- Requires a relevant construction qualification, such as a bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management, and an appropriate CSCS card. Candidates should have substantial experience managing design teams and consultants, working across RIBA stages, applying construction and building safety regulations, and delivering sustainable outcomes.
