Manage design delivery across projects from pre-bid through handover, coordinating with senior project teams, consultants, specialist designers, clients, and supply chain partners. Requirements
- The role requires a relevant construction qualification, an appropriate CSCS card, and extensive experience managing design teams, consultants, client interfaces, and projects across RIBA work stages. Candidates should have strong knowledge of construction legislation and contracts, CDM and Building Safety Act duties, BIM and digital project delivery, sustainability, safety leadership, and effective communication and relationship-building skills.
