Design user-centered experiences for the upper funnel to drive acquisition, activation, and retention. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate growth strategies into innovative interfaces while utilizing A/B testing and data analysis to optimize user journeys.
Responsibilities
- Design upper‑funnel experiences focused on user acquisition, activation and retention
- Translate Growth strategies into intuitive and innovative interfaces
- Create MVPs and run A/B tests to quickly validate design hypotheses
- Generate design proposals from behavioral insights that impact tribe OKRs
- Analyze usage data and conversion flows to identify friction and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders from product, engineering and analytics
- Iterate constantly based on quantitative results and qualitative feedback
- Document design processes and deliver high‑quality assets for the IT team to ensure faithful implementation
Requirements
- +5 years experience as a Product Designer in digital products, preferably in Growth or eCommerce teams
- Advanced Spanish proficiency
- Ability to interpret metrics and turn them into design solutions (Data‑Informed Design)
- Experience with AI‑powered design or personalization
- Expertise with Figma (mandatory)
- High‑speed iteration while maintaining design system consistency
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams
- Research experience using quantitative and qualitative tools
- Autonomy and proactivity in proposing experiments and design directions
- Nice to have: experience with analytics or heat‑map tools (Mixpanel, Hotjar, Contentsquare)
- Nice to have: Lean UX methodology and rapid discovery cycles
