Lead discovery and design user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes while collaborating with product managers and developers. Integrate new brand identity into the product, utilize AI for efficiency, and contribute to the design system and team processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery with the Product Manager: frame problems, choose methods, run user research and coâdesign workshops
- Design user journeys, wireframes and interactive prototypes that align with the new brand and technical constraints
- Test designs with users before handâoff to development
- Hand designs off to developers and follow through to release
- Support product launches with marketing, track KPIs and share results
- Use AI to accelerate workflow while reviewing outputs and help design AIâenabled features
- Improve the Design System and its accessibility, organise Figma files and documentation
- Participate in Design Critics, Knowledge Sharing and AI workflow reviews
- Suggest better ways of working and contribute to design team processes
Requirements
- 2â5 years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably on SaaS products
- Experience with APIâbased products is a plus
- Mastery of Figma (components, autoâlayout, variables, interactive prototypes)
- Handsâon experience conducting user interviews and usability testing
- Experience using and contributing to a design system
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility basics
- Interest in Design Ops (organising files, documentation, handâoff tools)
- Ability to explain design decisions with data and user insights
- Familiarity with product analytics, A/B testing and flow optimisation
- Knowledge of service design or designâthinking methods and workshop facilitation
- Curiosity about AI and experience testing AI tools
- Fluent in French (C2) and English (C1) or higher
- Strong portfolio demonstrating endâtoâend product design
