Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams delivering data centre projects across Southeast Asia, ensuring design quality, system resilience, technical coordination, and compliance with client requirements and regulations. Serve as the primary technical design interface, support construction and commissioning, and contribute to regional team development and continuous improvement.

Serve as the primary technical design interface, support construction and commissioning, and contribute to regional team development and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Requires a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), at least 10 years of multidisciplinary design and project delivery experience, and proven mission critical facilities experience, ideally with hyperscale or colocation data centres. Candidates should have strong engineering judgment, leadership and communication skills, knowledge of redundancy and resilience strategies, and experience in fast-track construction environments.
