Product Designer
Youtrust 🇫🇷 Paris, France
Lead product discovery with the Product Manager, conduct user research and workshops, and design and test user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes. Partner with developers and Product Marketing through delivery and launch, track KPIs, contribute to the Design System and accessibility, and share effective AI workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery work with Product Manager, framing problems and running research workshops
- Design user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes aligned with brand and technical constraints
- Test designs with users and iterate before development hand‑off
- Collaborate with developers, product marketing, and launch teams, tracking KPI outcomes
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate design work while ensuring quality
- Contribute to and improve the Design System, focusing on accessibility
- Participate in design critiques, knowledge sharing, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably on SaaS products
- Experience with API‑centric products is a plus
- Proficiency in Figma (components, auto‑layout, variables, interactive prototypes)
- Hands‑on experience conducting user interviews and usability tests
- Experience using and contributing to a design system
- Basic knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and desire to deepen it
- Understanding of Design Ops (file organization, documentation, hand‑off)
- Ability to articulate design decisions with data and user insights
- Experience reading product analytics and running A/B tests
- Familiarity with service design or design thinking methods and workshop facilitation
- Curiosity about AI and practical experience applying it in design
- Fluent in French (C2) and English (C1)
- Portfolio required
