Engineer, Analog Design Engineering

Design and model analog circuit blocks for integrated voltage regulators, support chip-level integration and mixed-signal verification, and help ensure layout quality, testability, and production yield. Develop test plans, document and present design performance, evaluate fabricated ICs in the lab, and collaborate with design, verification, and production test teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Design and model analog circuit blocks for integrated voltage regulators, support chip-level integration and mixed-signal verification, and help ensure layout quality, testability, and production yield. Develop test plans, document and present design performance, evaluate fabricated ICs in the lab, and collaborate with design, verification, and production test teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Requires a BSEE with at least three years of relevant experience or an MSEE, strong knowledge of analog microelectronics design, familiarity with CMOS/BCD processes and SPICE/Spectre, and the ability to travel globally up to 10%. Preferred qualifications include Cadence analog and mixed-signal tools, high-voltage design, automotive safety and reliability experience, behavioral modeling, and top-down design tools.
