Graphic Designer & Community Manager

The role involves creating visual content and managing social media accounts to enhance the brand identity and digital presence of Enko Education. You will also analyze digital performance metrics and collaborate with school teams to highlight student achievements and educational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and create digital and printed communication materials such as social media visuals, posters, flyers, brochures, presentations and newsletters
• Produce engaging multimedia content including short videos, Reels, Stories and other digital formats
• Maintain visual identity consistency and adhere to brand guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate communication goals into relevant designs
• Manage and animate Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok accounts, develop editorial calendar and respond to comments and messages
• Monitor digital trends, track performance metrics (reach, engagement, community growth, video views) and produce regular reports with improvement recommendations
• Participate in digital campaigns to boost brand awareness, visibility of schools and student recruitment
• Work with school teams to collect photos, videos and testimonials, ensuring necessary permissions
• Propose creative ideas and ensure accuracy, relevance and coherence of published content

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Graphic Design, Communication, Digital Marketing, Multimedia or related field
• Minimum 2 years professional experience in graphic design, community management or digital communication
• Portfolio demonstrating creativity, graphic skills and digital content creation
• Experience managing professional social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of InDesign and Canva is a plus
• Good knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Ability to analyze social media statistics and produce reports
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
• Creativity, visual storytelling, organization, autonomy and ability to meet deadlines
