Lead the Injector Design Team in planning and delivering IOL and preloaded injector product design, development, testing, and validation, while ensuring technical quality and regulatory compliance. Manage and mentor engineers, approve technical deliverables, allocate resources, and drive cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and strategic innovation.

- Lead the Injector Design Team in planning and delivering IOL and preloaded injector product design, development, testing, and validation, while ensuring technical quality and regulatory compliance. Manage and mentor engineers, approve technical deliverables, allocate resources, and drive cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and strategic innovation.
Requirements
- Requires at least 10 years of product design and development experience in medical devices, precision instruments, or electronic devices, with a record of leading complex projects and managing engineering teams. Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, advanced 3D CAD and mechanical design expertise, knowledge of medical device risk and regulatory standards, and strong English and Japanese communication skills; a master's degree or PhD is preferred.
